Allergan Australia and New Zealand will launch PREO™ Performance Management
Reporting Suite for their Sales and Marketing teams in January 2008.
PREO™ Suite will provide strategic sales and marketing data to Senior Executives
and Sales Force via a suite of customised Executive and Territory Level Dashboards,
Performance Quadrant Reports, Individual Customer Level Sales and Activity Reports
and OLAP Analytics functionality.

Performance Quadrants presents sales and marketing performance metrics in a highly
visual graphical and tabular format. This enables the user to identify over and
under performance of Brands and / or geographies (Sales Managers/ Territories/ SRAs/
Bricks) while also presenting 24 months of historical data for key KPIs at a glance.
Performance Quadrants Reports enable the representation of numeric results to be
displayed visually as bar graphs and line graphs (with mouse-overs to display the
numerical results). This provides the user with the ability to easily compare results
and trends where numerical presentation of the same data would make that comparison
extremely difficult.
The user is also able to interact with their report to re-sort results for any column
(ascending or descending) to help identify other patterns and trends.

PREO™ Cube Viewer provides users with the ability to easily interrogate multi-dimensional
data cubes via the web. PREO™ Cube Viewer’s highly intuitive interface provides
powerful visual representation of your OLAP data that can be viewed graphically
and in tabular format.
Users are able to select from a number of pre-built reports and then slice and dice
the data by changing category criteria and measures, set up filters and drill down
to lower level data at the click of a button. This aids non-analytical users to
get the results they need with minimal effort.
For power users, PREO™ Cube Viewer provides all the tools needed to interrogate
the data cubes, build new reports, save queries and reload these at a later date.
